When your ip is localhost that means only YOU can connect to it, you need to port forward your 25565 port and find out your external ip adress for others to connect
So pretty much localhost is a ip you can connetc to when your running the server no one else can connect to localhost, they can if they are running a server themselves but it connect them to their server. For others to connect you must figure out your external ip adress by googling "ip" and first result will be
Your public IP address is ____________
where the _____is your ip adress, a bunch of numbers and dots. If you port forward the port 25565 players can connect to your server with that ip adress
Also please read the thread about server post rules, you must have at least 1 screen or video, a valid ip adress, and state if its survival, creative, grief allowed, pvp ect.
